Sarah Tomes

Sarah has been a long-time martial arts fan since the 1970s. She finally started training in her mid-40s, when she took up Thai boxing and Krav Maga and has now been training for over 7 years.

In 2021, Sarah attended her first IMB (International Martial Arts and Boxing Academy) Conference. This is where she first met Mo Teague, who simply blew her away. She also first heard of TRDG (Tactical Research & Development Group) at this conference and signed up for future events.

Met Mo Teague at the IMB (International Martial Arts and Boxing Academy) Conference and was invited to participate in TRDG (Tactical Research & Development Group) events
Attended the TRDG (Tactical Research & Development Group) camp at Kettering in spring 2022
Attended the TRDG (Tactical Research & Development Group) summer camp in 2022

Sarah's goal is to continue to learn and grow as a martial artist. She also wants to share her knowledge and passion for martial arts with others. She believes that martial arts can be a powerful tool for personal development and self-defence.
