Katie Avery

Katie is passionate about martial arts and is keen to pass on everything she has learned.

She attended her first seminar with Mo Teague in 2018, signed up to Hell Weekend later that year and has never looked back, joining the TRDG (Tactical Research & Development Group) in 2019 and then going to as many seminars and training weekends as often as she can.

From 2016 onwards she has been training regularly with Andy Gibney in the JKD syllabus.
